Press conference following Council of Ministers meeting no. 21
Following Council of Ministers meeting no. 21, the Vice-President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Antonio Tajani, Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers Alfredo Mantovano, Minister for European Affairs, Southern Italy, Cohesion Policy and the NRRP Raffaele Fitto and Minister of Economy and Finance Giancarlo Giorgetti held a press conference to illustrate the measures approved.

Conferenza stampa al termine del Consiglio dei Ministri n. 21
Al termine della riunione del Consiglio dei Ministri, il Vice Presidente e Ministro degli affari esteri Antonio Tajani, con i Ministri Raffaele Fitto (Affari europei, politiche di coesione e PNRR) e Giancarlo Giorgetti (Economia e finanze), hanno presentano i provvedimenti approvati. Il Sottosegretario alla Presidenza, Alfredo Mantovano, ha introdotto a conferenza.

President Meloni’s statement on demolition of Michele Zagaria’s hideout
The demolition of the hideout used by organised crime boss Michele Zagaria in Casapesenna (in the province of Caserta) confirms that the State is present in a complex area that deserves the institutions’ full attention. Today’s operation is extremely important and symbolic, as it cancels out the place that was used by the boss of the Casalesi clan to control that area. Today is a good day for the State and for all those who love and defend legality. The fight against organised crime is one of the cornerstones of this Government’s action and we shall continue to work around the clock in this direction

Si è svolta a Palazzo Chigi la riunione del Consiglio dei Ministri. Al termine in conferenza stampa il Vice Presidente e Ministro degli affari esteri Antonio Tajani, il Sottosegretario Alfredo Mantovano e i Ministri Raffaele Fitto e Giancarlo Giorgetti hanno illustrato i provvedimenti approvati.

“The news that the body of Angelo Zen has been found fills us with sadness. The businessman from the Veneto region was killed in the devastating earthquake that hit Türkiye and Syria. On behalf of the Government, I express sincere condolences and sympathy to his family”.

Anniversario della firma dei Patti Lateranensi e dell’Accordo di Revisione del Concordato
Il Sottosegretario alla Presidenza del Consiglio, Alfredo Mantovano, ha partecipato alla ricorrenza della firma dei Patti Lateranensi e dell’Accordo di Revisione del Concordato.
L'evento si è svolto a Palazzo Borromeo, sede dell'Ambasciata d'Italia presso la Santa Sede, alla presenza delle delegazioni vaticana ed italiana.

Nota di Palazzo Chigi
La Presidenza del Consiglio informa di avere in data odierna dato incarico all'Avvocatura dello Stato perché revochi la propria costituzione di parte civile nel processo penale c.d. 'Ruby ter' a carico - fra gli altri - del Sen. Silvio Berlusconi. La costituzione era stata disposta nel 2017 dal Governo Gentiloni, un Esecutivo a guida politica, in base a una scelta dettata da valutazioni sue proprie, in un momento storico in cui non erano ancora intervenute pronunce giudiziarie nella medesima vicenda.
