President Meloni’s telephone conversation with the President of the United Arab Emirates

The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, had a telephone conversation today with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.

During the conversation, the two leaders discussed the excellent state of bilateral relations, with particular regard to the economy and trade, as well as possible further areas for cooperation and investment, also in light of the joint venture MAESTRAL recently launched between Fincantieri and the Emirati EDGE Group.

Lastly, President Meloni thanked the UAE President for confirming his participation in the G7 Summit to be held at Borgo Egnazia, in Italy’s Apulia Region.
