The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, was in New York from 22 to 24 September. Earlier today, she addressed the 79th United Nations General Assembly.
This afternoon, in the margins of the General Assembly, President Meloni addressed journalists at a press point.
Yesterday, she delivered a speech at the Summit of the Future, the high-level event organised by the United Nations.
During her three days in New York, President Meloni had bilateral meetings with the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology of the United Arab Emirates, the Crown Prince of Kuwait, the President of Türkiye, the Head of the Interim Government of Bangladesh, the Prime Minister of Iraq and the President of the Argentine Republic. On Sunday, she also had a series of meetings with representatives from the innovation sector.
