The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, received the Prime Minister of the Libyan Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, and his delegation of ministers at Palazzo Chigi today. The meeting was also attended by the Vice-Presidents of the Council of Ministers, Antonio Tajani and Matteo Salvini, the Minister of the Interior, Matteo Piantedosi, and the Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso.

Telephone conversation with the President of the Republic of Tunisia

The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, had a telephone conversation today with the President of the Republic of Tunisia, Kais Saied. The conversation focused on bilateral relations, also in the energy and investment sectors, and Italy’s continued support for Tunisia in its negotiations with the International Monetary Fund and in the management of migration flows.  The President of the Council of Ministers accepted President Saied’s invitation to visit Tunis soon.
