Il Presidente Meloni in visita a Caivano
Il Presidente del Consiglio, Giorgia Meloni, ha partecipato a Caivano (NA) alla Riunione del Comitato provinciale per l'ordine e la sicurezza pubblica e, al termine, ha rilasciato dichiarazioni alla stampa. Al suo arrivo, l'incontro con il Parroco don Maurizio Patriciello nella chiesa di San Paolo Apostolo.

Il Presidente Meloni incontra don Antonio Coluccia
Il Presidente del Consiglio, Giorgia Meloni, ha ricevuto oggi a Palazzo Chigi don Antonio Coluccia, il sacerdote aggredito ieri a Tor Bella Monaca a Roma. Il Presidente Meloni ha espresso al presbitero il pieno sostegno e la massima solidarietà del Governo e lo ha ringraziato per il suo infaticabile impegno contro la criminalità organizzata, lo spaccio di droghe e l'illegalità.

President Meloni meets Don Antonio Coluccia
President of the Council of Ministers Giorgia Meloni received Don Antonio Coluccia at Palazzo Chigi today, the priest who was attacked in Rome’s Tor Bella Monaca district yesterday. President Meloni expressed the Government’s full support and utmost solidarity to the priest and thanked him for his tireless efforts against organised crime, drug dealing and illegality.

Conversazione telefonica Meloni - Saied
Il Presidente del Consiglio Giorgia Meloni ha avuto oggi una conversazione telefonica con il Presidente della Repubblica di Tunisia, Kais Saied. Al centro dei colloqui le relazioni bilaterali e la gestione dei flussi migratori alla luce della emergenza che continua a colpire entrambi i Paesi. Si è convenuto sulla necessità di continuare ad aumentare gli sforzi a tutto campo per rafforzare la lotta contro la migrazione illegale. Il Presidente Meloni ha assicurato il costante sostegno alle Autorità tunisine da parte italiana e nel contesto europeo.

President Meloni’s call with President Saied
The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, had a telephone conversation today with the President of the Republic of Tunisia, Kais Saied. The call focused on bilateral relations and the management of migration flows in light of the emergency that continues to affect both countries. There was agreement on the need to keep increasing efforts across the board to strengthen the fight against illegal migration. President Meloni assured continued support for the Tunisian authorities both from Italy and in the European context.

Council of Ministers meeting no. 48 was held today at Palazzo Chigi. Following the meeting, Undersecretary of State to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers Mantovano, Minister of the Interior Piantedosi, Minister of Economy and Finance Giorgetti and Minister of Culture Sangiuliano held a press conference to illustrate the measures approved.

Allunaggio della sonda indiana Chandrayaan-3, dichiarazione del Presidente Meloni
Mi congratulo con il Primo Ministro Modi per un successo storico nell’esplorazione spaziale.
Il riuscito allunaggio di Chandrayaan-3 al Polo Sud della luna è la realizzazione di un grande impegno scientifico, industriale ed organizzativo, ma anche del sogno di una comunità nazionale e della volontà umana di andare sempre oltre.
Sono certa che gli sforzi dell’India di avanzare verso nuove frontiere nella conoscenza umana favoriranno la collaborazione bilaterale con le istituzioni italiane che hanno straordinarie competenze scientifiche e sono lieta di poter incontrare nuovamente il Primo Ministro Modi quando tornerò tra poche settimane a Nuova Delhi in occasione del Vertice del G20.

“Seven years have passed since the terrible earthquake that hit central Italy at 3.36am on 24 August 2016. On that awful night, a powerful tremor triggered a succession of destruction that went on until early 2017, involving an extremely vast area of our nation. Four regions were affected, more than three hundred lives were lost, hundreds were injured, tens of thousands of people had to evacuate and entire towns and villages were destroyed or seriously damaged.

President Meloni’s statement on moon landing of India’s Chandrayaan-3 probe
My congratulations to Prime Minister Modi on what is a historic achievement in space exploration.
The successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 at the Moon’s south pole is the culmination of great scientific, industrial and organisational efforts, but is also the realisation of a national community’s dream and the human desire to always venture further.
I am certain that India’s efforts to advance towards new frontiers of human knowledge will foster bilateral cooperation with Italian institutions that have extraordinary scientific expertise, and I look forward to meeting with Prime Minister Modi again in a few weeks’ time when I return to New Delhi for the G20 Summit.
