NRRP steering committee meeting held at Palazzo Chigi
A steering committee meeting for the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) was held today at Palazzo Chigi, chaired by the Minister for European Affairs, Southern Italy, Cohesion Policy and the NRRP, Raffaele Fitto. The meeting, attended by all the ministers concerned, addressed the following points: verification of actual achievement of the objectives reported for the third instalment; status and progress of the milestones and targets to be met by 30 June 2023, also with reference to the requirements to be fulfilled by the implementing bodies; progress on the REPowerEU chapter.

President Meloni’s statement on Italian Air Force centenary
Today, Italy is celebrating the centenary of its air force: 28 March 1923 marked the beginning of a captivating, all-Italian story, characterised by love for our homeland, courage, professionalism and generosity, which has carried our tricolour around the world. The Government expresses its gratitude to the men and women of the Italian Air Force, who keep our skies safe every day, operate in international peacekeeping and stability missions, are committed to helping people affected by natural disasters and provide emergency medical transportation, especially for children.

Oggi l’Italia celebra il centenario dell’Aeronautica Militare: il 28 marzo 1923 ebbe avvio una affascinante storia tutta italiana caratterizzata da amore per la Patria, coraggio, professionalità e generosità che ha portato, e continua a portare, il nostro Tricolore nel mondo. Facciamo Luce sull’Endometriosi, Palazzo Chigi si illumina di giallo
La Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri ha aderito all’iniziativa "Facciamo Luce sull’Endometriosi". La facciata principale di Palazzo Chigi in Piazza Colonna è stata illuminata di giallo, colore simbolo della malattia, martedì 28 marzo 2023 dalle ore 19,00 alle ore 23.30, come da richiesta dell'Associazione lotta italiana per la consapevolezza sull'Endometriosi.

PNRR, nota di Palazzo Chigi
A seguito degli incontri del Ministro per gli Affari europei, del Sud, delle politiche di coesione e PNRR, Raffaele Fitto, con il Commissario europeo per l’Economia, Paolo Gentiloni, e con la task force PNRR della Commissione Ue, è stato concordato di prolungare di un mese la fase di assessment per consentire ai servizi della Commissione di completare le attività tecniche di campionamento e verifica, proseguendo la proficua discussione che ha già consentito di valutare positivamente la maggior parte dei target fissati per il 31 dicembre 2022.

PNRR, riunione della Cabina di regia a Palazzo Chigi
È convocata per martedì 28 marzo 2023 a Palazzo Chigi al termine del Consiglio dei Ministri, esclusivamente tra le amministrazioni centrali titolari degli interventi PNRR, la Cabina di regia per fare il punto sulla verifica degli obiettivi rendicontati al 31 dicembre 2022, sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi in scadenza nel primo semestre 2023 e sul Capitolo REPowerEU.

NRRP: statement by Palazzo Chigi
Following Minister for European Affairs, Southern Italy, Cohesion Policy and the NRRP Raffaele Fitto’s meetings with the European Commissioner for Economy, Paolo Gentiloni, and with the European Commission’s NRRP [National Recovery and Resilience Plan] task force, it has been agreed to prolong the ongoing assessment phase by one month, in order to allow the Commission services to complete their technical sample checks and verification activities, continuing with the fruitful discussions that have already allowed for most of the targets set for 31 December 2022 to be rated positively.

Earth Hour 2023, Palazzo Chigi aderisce all'evento
La Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri aderisce all’evento internazionale promosso dal WWF “Earth Hour 2023”, che prevede lo spegnimento delle luci di palazzi e monumenti, per un’ora, in tutto il mondo. Le luci della facciata principale di Palazzo Chigi in Piazza Colonna resteranno spente dalle ore 20.30 alle ore 21.30.

Palazzo Chigi supports Earth Hour
The Presidency of the Council of Ministers supports ‘Earth Hour 2023’, the international event promoted by WWF that involves the lights of buildings and monuments around the world being turned off for one hour. The lights of Palazzo Chigi’s main façade will therefore be switched off from 8.30pm until 9.30pm on Saturday 25 March 2023.

President Meloni’s statement on FAI Spring Days
For over thirty years, ‘FAI Spring Days’ have provided an extraordinary opportunity to celebrate and raise awareness of the hidden beauty of Italy’s artistic and cultural heritage. This weekend, people will have the chance to visit hundreds of little-known gems that are often closed to the public. Thanks to FAI [Italian Environment Fund] and the work of thousands of volunteers and ‘apprentice guides’, special, characteristic places that safeguard unique pages of our history will be opening their doors once again.
