President Meloni’s call with Chancellor Scholz
The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, had a phone conversation today with the German Federal Chancellor, Olaf Scholz, in preparation of the European Council on the 23rd – 24th of March. At the center of the conversation: the priority of a further signal by the European Council of 360-degree support for Ukraine; the rapid implementation of the February European Council’s decisions to finally have a European management of migration flows; European solutions for the competitiveness of the continent's economies through the full use of the appropriate EU instruments.

Il Presidente del Consiglio, Giorgia Meloni, ha avuto una conversazione telefonica con il Cancelliere federale tedesco, Olaf Scholz, in preparazione del Consiglio Europeo del 23-24 marzo. Al centro del colloquio: la priorità da parte del Consiglio Europeo di dare un ulteriore segnale di sostegno all’Ucraina a 360 gradi; una rapida attuazione delle decisioni del Consiglio Europeo di febbraio per una gestione finalmente europea dei flussi migratori; soluzioni europee per la competitività delle economie del continente, attraverso il pieno utilizzo degli strumenti UE appropriati.
