The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, attended the G20 Heads of State and Government Summit, held in Bali on 15 and 16 November. Following the working sessions, she held a press conference.
This morning, she also attended the meeting with NATO and European Allies to discuss what happened in Poland. She then met, in the margins of the summit, with the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, with the Prime Minister of Australia, Anthony Albanese, with the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, and with the President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping.
On the first day of the summit, President Meloni spoke at the working sessions on ‘Food and Energy Security’ and ‘Global Health’ and had bilateral meetings with the President of the United States of America, Joseph R. Biden, Jr., and with the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
