President Meloni’s call with Prime Minister Morawiecki of the Republic of Poland

The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, is continuing her intensive exchanges with other European leaders in preparation for the European Council meeting of 23-24 March, following the calls with German Federal Chancellor Scholz, Greek Prime Minister Mitsotakis and President of the European Commission von der Leyen.
Ahead of the European Council meeting, which will begin in Brussels tomorrow morning, President Meloni had a telephone conversation today with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, focused on the priority of support for Ukraine, on the urgent need to implement the February European Council’s decisions for a European response to migration management and on the importance of adopting solutions for the competitiveness of European economies through the full use of all EU instruments.
