The Summit of the G7 Heads of State and Government chaired by the President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, got underway yesterday in Italy’s Apulia Region.
The working sessions ‘Migration’ and ‘Indo-Pacific and Economic Security’ were held earlier today, after which President Meloni welcomed His Holiness Pope Francis, the Heads of State and Government of the Outreach countries and representatives of the International Organisations invited to participate in the working session ‘Artificial Intelligence, Energy, Africa-Mediterranean’.
At the end of today’s working sessions, the G7 Leaders adopted the Apulia G7 Leaders’ Communiqué.
