President Meloni meets with President of the Emilia Romagna Region Bonaccini

Following today’s Council of Ministers meeting, President of the Council of Ministers Giorgia Meloni, together with the Ministers responsible for dealing with the flood emergency in various ways, met with the President of the Emilia-Romagna Region, Stefano Bonaccini, who was accompanied by representatives of local social partners and businesses.

President Meloni’s call with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, had a telephone conversation today with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The conversation confirmed the excellent level of bilateral relations between Rome and Astana and the common interest to strengthen them further. President Tokayev expressed condolences to the Italian Government for the victims of the flooding in Emilia-Romagna.

Prosegue il confronto del Governo con le associazioni di categoria e con i sindacati sulle riforme e sui principali provvedimenti in materia economica e fiscale. Dopo l’incontro dello scorso 30 aprile, il Presidente del Consiglio, Giorgia Meloni, ha convocato a Palazzo Chigi, martedì 30 maggio, i rappresentanti dei sindacati e delle associazioni di categoria.

President Meloni’s call with Prime Minister Netanyahu

The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, received a telephone call today from the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, who wished to express his sympathy and offer the Israeli Government’s support for the victims and damage caused by the flooding.
President Meloni thanked him for the solidarity expressed in the dramatic circumstances and for the strong bond of friendship that can be seen precisely in such moments of difficulty.

President Meloni visits flooded areas in Emilia Romagna

President of the Council of Ministers Giorgia Meloni visited the flooded areas around Forlì and Ravenna today, after which she attended a meeting with the Head of the Civil Protection Department, Fabrizio Curcio, and the President of the Emilia Romagna Region, Stefano Bonaccini, at the Ravenna Prefecture. President Meloni went on to address journalists at a doorstep.
