The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, met today with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer, in the margins of the European Political Community meeting at Blenheim Palace. The meeting provided an opportunity to deepen the exchange of views that began at the NATO Summit in Washington regarding cooperation in major crisis areas and on migration, with specific reference to the fight against human traffickers. In closing, the two leaders agreed to continue their close coordination on all the most important issues on the international agenda and global challenges on the occasion of an upcoming visit to Rome by Prime Minister Starmer.

Il Presidente del Consiglio, Giorgia Meloni, ha incontrato il Primo Ministro britannico Keir Starmer a margine del Vertice della Comunità Politica Europea di Blenheim Palace. Il colloquio ha consentito di approfondire il confronto avviato in occasione del Vertice NATO di Washington sulla collaborazione nelle principali aree di crisi e in ambito migratorio, con specifico riferimento alla lotta ai trafficanti di esseri umani.
