Fisco, il Governo illustra i principi della Delega ai sindacati
Un’ampia delega per rivoluzionare in modo strutturale il sistema fiscale italiano dopo 50 anni dall’ultima riforma complessiva che risale agli anni ’70 (Legge delega n. 825 del 1971). In occasione del confronto a Palazzo Chigi con i rappresentanti delle sigle sindacali, il Ministro dell’Economia, Giancarlo Giorgetti, il Viceministro, Maurizio Leo e il Sottosegretario alla Presidenza del Consiglio, Alfredo Mantovano, hanno illustrato principi e tempistiche del ‘Nuovo Fisco’ ridisegnato dal Governo Meloni che passa da una revisione organica del sistema tributario italiano.

Il Ministro Fitto incontra il Segretario di Stato spagnolo per l’Ue Navarro, scambio di vedute su PNRR, energia, migrazione e futuro dell’Unione
Il Ministro per gli Affari europei, il Sud, le Politiche di coesione e il PNRR, Raffaele Fitto, ha incontrato oggi a Madrid il Segretario di Stato spagnolo per l’Unione Europea, Pascual Ignacio Navarro Ríos.
I colloqui si sono innanzitutto incentrati sui temi all'ordine del giorno del prossimo Consiglio Europeo del 23 e 24 marzo e, più in prospettiva, su un ampio spettro di questioni europee in vista della Presidenza di turno spagnola nel secondo semestre 2023.

President Meloni meets with a group of high school students from Sciacca in Sicily
The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, met today with a group of students from the "T. Fazello" high schools of Sciacca (AG), in Sicily. The head of the higher education institution in question, Giovanna Pisano, had sent a request for a meeting on behalf of the students of class IV B of the ‘Liceo artistico’ [high school specialising in art] and class IV of the ‘Liceo classico’ [high school specialising in humanities], who were visiting Rome accompanied by some of their teachers. During the meeting, students from the ‘Liceo artistico’ gave President Meloni a pair of ceramic angels they had made and decorated themselves.

Government illustrates principles of enabling law on taxation to trade unions
A broad enabling law to structurally revolutionise the Italian tax system, fifty years on from the last overall reform, which dates back to the 1970s (enabling law no. 825 of 1971). During a meeting with trade union representatives at Palazzo Chigi today, Minister of Economy and Finance Giancarlo Giorgetti, Deputy Minister Maurizio Leo and Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers Alfredo Mantovano illustrated the principles and time frames of the Meloni Government’s ‘New Tax System’, involving a comprehensive review of taxation in Italy.

Riforma fiscale, al via il confronto con le parti sociali
In vista dell’approvazione del Disegno di Legge Delega sulla Riforma del sistema fiscale, martedì 14 marzo a partire dalle ore 14.00, saranno ricevuti a Palazzo Chigi i rappresentanti delle sigle sindacali. Il giorno successivo, mercoledì 15 marzo a partire dalle ore 9.30, verranno incontrati i rappresentanti delle Associazioni di categoria e degli Ordini professionali. Il Governo sarà rappresentato dal Ministro Giorgetti, dal Vice Ministro Leo e dal Sottosegretario Mantovano.

The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, spoke this evening at the launch of the book ‘L'atlante di Francesco. Vaticano e politica internazionale’ [‘Francis’s atlas. The Vatican and international politics’] by Father Antonio Spadaro, director of the magazine ‘La Civiltà Cattolica’. The event was held at the magazine’s headquarters in Rome.

Appreciation for President of the European Council’s words on migration
Palazzo Chigi expresses sincere appreciation for the words addressed to Italy by the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, which are fully in line with the Italian Government’s actions in Europe for a better management of migration and the fight against migrant smuggling. Following the terrible tragedy in Cutro, the common commitment to an adequate European response to the complex phenomenon of migration makes implementation of the conclusions from the February European Council meeting all the more urgent.

Migrazione, apprezzamento per le parole del Presidente del Consiglio europeo
Palazzo Chigi esprime sentito apprezzamento per le parole rivolte all’Italia dal Presidente del Consiglio europeo, Charles Michel. Quanto affermato dal Presidente Michel è in piena sintonia con l’azione del governo italiano in Europa volta a una migliore gestione della migrazione e al contrasto del traffico di migranti. Dopo la terribile tragedia di Cutro, l’impegno comune a una risposta europea adeguata al complesso fenomeno della migrazione rende ancora più improcrastinabile l’ attuazione di quanto deciso al Consiglio europeo di febbraio.
