Ahead of the Italy-Africa Summit being held in Rome on Monday, the President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, spoke over the telephone this afternoon with the President of Algeria, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and with the President of Egypt, Abdelfattah al-Sisi. “More good news regarding the NRRP, as the European Commission has today disbursed an advance payment of approximately EUR 551 million for the grant relating to the new REPowerEU chapter, which was included as part of the Plan’s revision.
